About the workshop

•An introduction to traditional ceramic art with well-known Athenian potter.

•Express your creativity while learning the traditional methods of producing simple clay utility or decorative objects.
•Become a potter for 3 hours and live a unique experience working with clay.
About the artist
His family originates from Armolia, the famous potters village in Chios island. From a very early age he was immersed in the art of clay sculpting,under the guidance of his father, also a ceramist and painter. After graduating from school he studied fine arts, music and drama.For many years he has successfully worked in the popular art industry, creating models in clay and stone. He is the main supplier of ceramic art to the Acropolis Museum gift shop, as well as private museums and hotel shops. His work is on display at the Getty Museum in LA as well as the War and Goulandris museums in Athens. He was recently chosen as a creator by the Archaeological resources Fund(TAP) which supplies all the public museums in Greece  a well known Greek sculptor and ceramist. He was born in Athens, in 1965.
